My hands look very dry even they are itching if I stretch my hands, there is black spot with rough skin and itching some times.

Hello.. Well Plaese meet a dermatologist for getting examined and treated...I would suggest you to use cream which has oily base to treat it..Which consists of aloe Vera and vitamin e...Use a neurmtral soap and use minimal..Always apply oil in the night...Thank you
