I have my hand pain. Today I take blood test my E.S.R. (Westergreen's methos) value 48. And my also titre 200 iu/ml result positive. Kindly suggest me what I am doing.

Not to worry,you just do some exercises for hand strengthening by squeezing ball Stretching of Hand Muscles griping exercises of hand
