My hand, jaw, ear pain
My ear, neck, jaw, hand pain and sometimes chest also. i have get done 6 ecg and 1 tmt but all are found negative, doctor told me this is muscular pain or gas pain don't we worry . i have get ecg 6 months before it and 2 or 3 doctors told me that is fine. and don't worry. i have no family history of hear attack, no cholestrol or BP problem, but i am overweight and anxiety for feeling of heart attack. but cardiologist always tell me that your heart is fine do not need any further checkup please suggest me. i always suffer from Gas also.

At your age it's very uncommon to have a cardiac issue Especially when you have a normal ECG and TMT Still you can undergo a a stress thallium to further rule out a cardiac etiology of the pain

Hello Gastritis is the most commonly seen problem these days .. Medicines can only give temporary relief.. Strict diet and lifestyle change can bring gastritis under control. Avoid spicy, hot ,high protein containing foods like fish .Take dal rice , butter milk ,curd rice ,drink plenty of water , have frequent small meals instead of large regular meals.Sleep 2-3 hours after having dinner .Take antacids and ppi for temporary relief
