My hair is not growing from long time

I have dandruff in my scalp all the time and have an itchy scalp and my hair is not growing from a long time approx 4 years and also my hair started turning greyish along with that my hair becames very thin and brittle. please suggest me treatment or home remedies or any products for this,which can be used in accordance to this.
