As a psychotherapist, I understand the pressure you're under as you prepare for the NEET PG exam while noticing changes in your hair color. Stress can indeed have physical manifestations like graying hair. To manage this, it's essential to prioritize your well-being alongside your studies. Begin by incorporating stress-reduction techniques into your daily routine, such as deep breathing exercises and mindfulness meditation. Break down your study goals into manageable tasks and set realistic expectations to avoid overwhelming yourself. Remember to take regular breaks, engage in physical activity, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and seek emotional support from friends, family, or a therapist. Prioritizing self-care and stress management can help alleviate the physical and emotional toll of exam preparation, ultimately supporting your overall well-being as you work towards your goals.

Focusing on adversities and negative outcomes are in our evolutionary nature. As dangers at time of our ancestors means being a prey of predators. Though nowadays not being able to pass an exam or taking time for the same is not( i rephrase- shall not be) life threatening. Currently you are not able to enjoy the process. Taking Academic validation as the sole source of gratification is not the best decision to make. There is a requirement to inculcate relaxation and mindfulness based strategies along with better planning and reward systems around studies to make it a more fulfilling experience. Consulting a psychologist can help to manage stress and engage in the process of studying even more. Hope it helps. Takecare.
Next Steps
consult a psychologist.

I get that exam prep can be stressful. Consider trying mindfulness meditation and deep breathing exercises for quick stress relief. Progressive muscle relaxation, where you tense and release muscles, can also help. When studying, focus on one task at a time, take breaks, and avoid multitasking. Ensure you get good sleep, eat well, and exercise for overall well-being. As for the hair color, stress plays a part, but genetics and age matter too. It's a gradual process. If things feel overwhelming, seek support from friends, family, or a counselor. Sharing your feelings can make a difference.
