How many days does she have pain since? Is it localised to a particular area or generalised. Is she a denture wearer? If Yes , then look out for any sharp edges or ends. If not , and if pain is localised, maybe she had something sharp to eat which has hurt her. If it is generalised, then we need to check. Is she a diabetic?
Next Steps
Kindly send a pic if possible
Health Tips
Local application of a fun astringent maybe helpful. STOLIN GUMPAINT, take a little liquid on your finger and gently massage your gums 3 times a day
