My grand pa is bed ridden

Asked for Male, 84 Years

He is not able to sit or stand.. he is very weak. He is not eating solid foods. He vomits at times. He is a diabetic patient. He goes urine frequently. Today he urinated with blood. What can we do. Please suggest
