My gf and me had intercourse on 25th of may and her periods date was on 1 June but she didn't have one on the expected day now its 12 June she still didn't get her period My main query is that if she is pregnant how much will be the fees for MTP procedure from the start of consultation to the end of the procedure in Mumbai and we both are 22 years of old can we handle this on our own without family involvement and will the doctor keep privacy for us ?

Most probably she is pregnant. Perform a pregnancy test. Better not to go for MTP from an unauthorised center. It's risky for a young woman as well as on long term basis. It may affect her child beating capacity at later life. First pregnancy in a child bearing age group woman should never be destroyed until and unless it's really necessary. You should consult with your parents and take the child.

Get a urine pregnancy test done, if it's positive, a sonography is needed, less than 7 weeks can be terminated by pills. There is total privacy, a girl of 18 yrs regardless of marital status can do this procedure.
