My friend hears strange voices,cnt sleep
Its from a long time...and even her neighbors experience it. I have gone through google...it said me it's schizophrenia...but what about same voice is heard by neighbours

This is intriguing. Please confirm with the neighbours if they hear the same voice and what does it say. If it is really happening then ot would be good to move from that locality. If not then seeing a psychiatrist would be the next step.
