My foreskin hole are tight and small.

lately i have felt that my foreskin are very tight. I can still pull my foreskin over the glans, but the foreskin hole are very tight and small, i have 13 inches at erection, but the only thing is that my foreskin hole are very tight. And i dont know how to get it bigger, do i stretch it out by pulling it over the glans back and forth?

Thanks for asking. I can understand your distress. Do not forcefully try to pull the skin back. It may get stuck at the glans head and retraction can get difficult then. I would suggest to show it to a nearby general surgeon. He may conduct a proper examination and assess the severity, accordingly the management can be decided.
