My find has cysts appearing on her groin

Asked for Female, 23 Years

A friend of mine has developed cysts around her genital region. She developed a sabacious cyst on a vaginal lip that was surgically drained but the capsule was left intact. The cyst area proceeded to become infected and required IV antibiotics. Just recently she noticed another lump developing in a groin fold. What can she do
