My feet hurts in the morn
My feet hurts first thing in the morning along with heel when I woke up from sleep. After consultation I changed my shoes too. But still no change in the situation

this problem is known as plantar fascitis. please get a serum uric acid and vitd3 levels tested. you require physiotherapy and contrast bath. consult a Ortho surgeon.
