My wife(age 25) feel movable hardness inside breast both side. It is from 1 year. While pressing it,it pain. Should she go to the doctor? What can be the cause ?

If your wife is feeling some lump in breast it needs to be clinical examine... and most probably needs to be removed also... this looks like most likely fibroadenoma but clinical examination is mandatory .. do not ignore..
