  4. Lump inside skin of mon pubis. Serious?

Lump inside skin of mon pubis
Lump inside skin of mon pubis on the right side. It is slightly painful and it is not fixed it is slightly movable. Is it something serious ? I hope its not cancer. I noticed it 2 days back and before that i felt nerve pain on that side.
