My father foot have red patches for 6-7 years and foot veins are visible . When he wear shoe the patches over come but not going
And the vein are coming on surface and not going.

This could be either a chronic eczema or Psoriasis. Either which ways treatment wil be required else it will keep spreading and be more persistent and intense. Will aggravate with dry skin and also in cold climate. Consult ur Dermatologist for further evaluation.
