My fasting sugar is too high and scarry
Namastey My fasting sugar is 116 and I am so scared I don't want diabetes at this age I don't know how to make it low Please guide as I am really scared

Sugar in range of prediabetes , confirm it with HbA1C. , you need life style modification diet exercise and if overweight plan weight loss

Get HBa1c level done and also check. PP sugar after 2 hr of bf. Only 116 blood sugar do not signify that you are diabetic You can visit my clinic in noida for consultation if you want
