My fasting 94 and PP is 149
This is first time i got my blood sugar tested, My fasting 94 and PP is 149. I had itching on below knee level so a doctor suggested me to get blood sugar checked. Due to lockdown and this situation my physical activity is zero. This might be the raise is sugar levels? For precaution i have stopped my sugar intake since then and started excercise. Are the sugar levels too high to be worried ? Does this leads to permanent diabetics ? Kindly suggested. Thank u.

Fasting is normal and pp is only slightly raised. Do a hba1c to be sure and cut down on sugars gur honey maida fried food. If u have a family history u need to be careful. Include some form of exercise even climbing stairs instead of the lift is good.

No they are not too high but you need some other tests and some lifestyle changes to try to keep diabetes at bay. Please consult a diabetologist.
