My far vision is too weak.
I had a specs of -4.5. I want to decrease my number. I wash my eye 3 times daily. But it useless. my no. Is not decreasing but also increasing.

There is no medicine or exercise to get rid of the glasses except lasik but for that you will have to wait for 5to6 years more. As the number has to be stable for at least one year before surgery.

Hello I am sorry but there is no medicine or diet to get rid of glasses Power usually become stable at age of 18-21 yrs of age
