  4. My eyes nerves are paining. For this?

My eyes nerves are paining
Hello Dr. Whenever I watch my phone even for a short while, my eyes nerves start paining and get headache as well sometimes. Can you please advise what could be the reason for this? I have -1 number in my right eye and -0.75 in my left eye. Thanks in advance

Must use spectacles even while using phone also. Reduce screen time. Use lubricating eye drops four times a day. Tears plus eye drops.
