My eyes are sometimes blurry
I find it hard sometimes to read on screen or mobile devices and my eyes get blurry unless I squint

this is due to dryness. use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop. close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes. and wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water.
