My eye power is R-8.25,0.75 L-9.5,2.00 ..3-4 month back when i wear contact lense then suddenly my mobile screen look like cylindrical shape then i took it off and wear my spect still my screen look like cylinder but less than contact lenses ...this problem still continue what is the reason behind that??

You must have taken contact lens from an optician. Please consult an ophthalmologist,he will checyour k1 and k2 and will then decide your numbers definitely after trial .
