My daughter, age 3+ red rashes
She is having red rashes on her face since yesterday morning, previous I see the same issue few days back when I used a new sunscreen lotion on her face now I have not even applied any sunscreen lotion but on this Friday she visited a Easter party and had a face paint on her face I believe that might be the reason I really have no clue what is happing with her face . Even today I am seeing few rashes on her face. From yesterday I am using alignment with 1% hydrocortisone an anti itch cream . Could you please suggest me any thing which helps her to get out this quickly. Thanks in advance

Hi Thanks for your query. You can apply the cream thrice a day. She could be having some form of allergic reaction.
