Hello dr my daughter 5 years since few days her hands n feet is chill always last and she had fever n cold few days back n given medicine n no fever now but her hands n feet is chill my son hand n feet is no cold so little worried should I take her to hospital

If temperature is not recorded with thermometer then it is not fever. Make sure baby is covered to prevent cold stress. If baby is sick not feeding well take to a hospital

If she's having fever with cold extremities you should take her to the pediatrician
If no fever try using woolen gloves and socks to cover her properly
