My dad is having left renal cortical cyst 3.26cm is that very harmful what should I do

Simple renal cortical cyst is a normal thing.... you need not worry about this...
As the size of cyst is 3.2 cm get an USG done every 6 monthly to monitor the increase in size...
If the size is increasing then you should consult a urologist...
