My child is getting frustrated
In this lockdown like most of the parents, my sister is also got into this situation where she is taking care of her 4year old daughter as she's separated from her husband all responsibilities are held in her shoulder. But the problem is where her daughter is getting annoying with everything that we do in house...First it was started with misplace her toys and stuffs but now she gets angry every small thing which is totally unrelated to her. Both lives with me and my mother and we tried to make things as normal as possible but her attitude towards us so aggressive. And this is happening since 1 week. So I am asking for a suggestion for my sister and her daughter to survive through this immense scary situation.

Hi, I understand these are tough times. It takes time for children to understand what is happening. Your sister is single-handedly looking after her daughter. Your sister is concerned about her daughter showing anger and it is causing her to feel worried. Your sister can explain about her daughters condition to a psychologist. A psychologist will assess what is causing your sisters daughter to feel angry and help her feel calm.

Consult a psychologist

Single parenting is difficult particularly in this pandemic situation, your sister is separated from her husband but since how long she is staying with you? For a 4year child it is a little difficult to adjust in a new environment and your sister would also be struggling with so many thoughts.Give both of them a little time to adjust, try to indulge in play with your niece....a happy surrounding and support is all they want particularly amid this lockdown
Next Steps
For further evaluation Consult a clinical psychologist

Hi... Please consult a Child Psychologist or a Psychologist. She might be experiencing anxiety because of being away from her father or may be anxious about being confined in a place due to lockdown. Childrens express their emotions in the form of tantrums or anger, unless they are taught to deal with their emotions otherwise. This is something which will only require therapy.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist/Child Psychologist and start Therapy
Health Tips
If you can make her do some physical exercise/sport/running for 20-25 min. Morning and Evening, it will help her channelize her energy in a healthy manner.
