My Back Of Neck is Paining
I am A Tele caller by Profession , I Work Most of Time on Computer , I use Round Stool To Sit , From Some Days my Neck Back side is Paining , when I do Neck Excercise I get nerve sounds , I Use Big Pillow below neck to Sleep in Night .Some Time the pain is Worst , Do I need to undergo x ray any treatment please suggest .

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plgus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part-ie.neck and shoulders. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my you tube channel drncgupta.  Yoga Simplified  and me and my yoga --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. Hi... At your age improper posture while using a laptop/computer/mobile and using a pillow can cause such issues. If you are not careful the problem will increase and you will end up with severe Cervical Spondylosis! Try the following: *Apply hot water bag (10 minutes twice a day) *After applying hot water bag, apply Nobel Gel *Tab Ace Proxyvon (1 tablet after lunch and 1 tablet after dinner for 5 days) (if you are not diabetic and are not allergic to it) *Tab Gabaneuron 300mg (1 tablet at 7pm for 10 days) (if the pain is spreading from your neck to your shoulders or upper back) *Stand up, simultaneously breathe in and look up so as to be able to see the ceiling, then breathe out and simultaneously look in front. (don't look down!) Start with 5 counts per day and slowly increase the number of counts till you reach 40 counts per day. *Avoid using pillow while sleeping *Avoid keeping your phone near your body whole using it. Keep it slightly away from the body. This will prevent you from looking down! *Avoid using your laptop over your lap. Keep the laptop over a couple of books on a table. Sit in front of the table on a chair and then use the laptop.
