Two causes of watering in 3 months child, it may be due to non canalization of nasolacrimal duct or it may be due to mild bacterial infection. You can use antibiotic eye drops (Tobrex eye drops) 5-6 times a day but it will be better if you consult ophthmologist to find out reasons because if there is non canalization of nasolacrimal duct you will get no relief.
