My baby not pooping regularly
My daughter is 23 months old, from past weeks she doesn't poop frequently, mostly in 4-5 days she poops . And worst thing is that she gets urge but she doesn't want to poop. I don't understand what is the issue . Last time also she tried from morning to afternoon then next day she finally pooped that too with so much effort from us. Please help why this is happening

Give fibre rich diet like green leafy vegetables palak rice , kichidi , apple, puree, banana ….and more water

Greetings kindly increase the water intake,add more vegetables and fruits to diet avoid biscuit
