Just like adults, children too lose their appetite during illness. Keep baby hydrated by breastfeeding frequently and offering her liquids like water, ganji, soups and porridge. Offer her small quantities to eat, more frequently, instead of trying to feed her a large meal quantity. There is no need to change her diet. Offer her the same foods she likes and is used to eating. She may not eat like before, so offer her 6 to 8 meals in a day.
