My son is born on 36th week and he is currently 22 days old. He is not able to take breast feeding easily. So giving express milk most of the time. During day, 40-50ml of express milk seems to be sufficient and he takes every 2 hours. At night, he demands more. Even 60ml of milk will not be sufficient. So we had to give pre NAN formula(10-30ml) along with express milk. But sometimes he vomits and gets disturbed.
Is it fine? Is it okay to continue with express milk? Any suggestions for his high demand?

Good morning,
Please try to give breast feeding as far as possible,
If baby demands more, can also give expressed milk and formula milk, if required.
Baby should be given milk as per your baby needs.
Take care.

Expressed milk is best. Give as much as possible. Now that he is 22 days old, you can switch to Nan Pro stage 1. Usually there is no need for formula, Please meet a lactation consultant. Vomiting is common after feeds. No need to worry if baby is gaining weight
