My baby is 2 month 10 days old .........
My baby is 2 months 10 days old and does not make eye contact nor give me smile. Rest of the thing baby does like during tummy time baby up head and shoulder make noise but when I stand in front of the baby I feel baby make eye contact for few seconds but when I talk to the baby face to face baby ignore and look on the walls or up and smile. Is this normal or do I need to check with the doctor. Kindly note I have already check baby vision with pediatric ophthalmologist and according to the doctor vision is normal.

Hello,this seems normal.baby recognises mother around 3 months of age and smile to people around 3-4 months
