My around mouth soo much dryness

Suddenly I'm facing a sevre peeling around my mouth completely flaky Skin coming out with tht some fluid is found which is creating small boils around my face. As I can observe it's happening after my night shift.

It is winter + stress (disturbed) exacerbated eczema, apply moisturiser with oat / ceramides till dryness remits
If it still affected a prescription cream may be needed
