My arm and wrist itches badly and there kind of dry when i scratch my arms starts to bleed or have small wounds / cuts.

Arms and wrist itches often can indicate a underlying problem. Your dermatologist need to rule out - lichen planus , scabies , and a few other forms of eczema For some relief u can apply Dermo calm lotion once in evening And HHsone lotion once in morning for a few days , but that doesn't gaurentee any cure until u see any skin specialist close to u for a confirmed diagnostics

U can send picture to your derm , and if possible visit any skin specialist as soon as possible

Health Tips

Keep it moisturised U can try above products and also u can use aloe Vera moisturising lotion as often as u want. Don't give a large gap in between the shower and moisturising
