My Anus is paining from the past 3 days

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am suffering from typhoid, antibiotic are in use, also eating B complex tab but from past 3 days my anus is paining due to which I cannot even sit or walk can you explain why? I do not have any piles problem.I am also using Anovate cream for this problem. Please tell me some solution.
