Abortion pills contains hormones that may cause irregular period. But repeated abortion is not good for ur reproduction function. So better to avoid unwanted pregnancy with the use of contraception.

Repeated use of medical termination pills are not advisable but they don't affect your fertility unless you end up with infection due to incomplete miscarriage and it can block the tubes or even cause infection of the uterus.
