There is nothing to be worried about the condition at present . Glasses are mandatory at present . The power would gradually increase for the next few years but we have various options to control the rate of its progression. Lifestyle modifications including avoiding gadget use , increasing outdoor activities and taking frequent breaks while doing near work may help.
Next Steps
Multiple options to control myopia progression available. Based on the eye condition , appropriate management may be advised by the treating ophthalmologist.

Hi, There is nothing to get tense or worried about. Please make sure that she wears glasses at all times and go for regular eye check up. Try to reduce her screen time as much as possible. Give her a healthy nutritious diet,  with lots of fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of water.
Next Steps
she can use 0.01% atropine eye drop at night for 1 month to keep a check on progression of glad number.  you can start this drop after consultation with her ophthalmologist
