My 4months old baby girl has fever sudde

My 4.5 months baby girl passed stool today for more than 5times in the evening and after that suddenly she got fever now.. she s on bm completely.. can I give her dolo drops.. pls suggest..

Consult Now

Continue dolo drops for fever. Watch for fever and any other new symptom. Maintain her hydration well. Continue breastfeeding only. No home medication for loose motions if frequency remains same. If loose motion frequency increases, or more watery, or her urine frequency reduces, consult pediatrician.
