My 4 month old baby has some rashes
Hello Doctor
My 4 month old baby has some rashes above his belly button. His weight was 6.9 kgs during 14 weeks vaccination. Baby is active and feeding is normal. I could see this for a few days. I have applied cold pressed coconut oil for smoothening but still I can see those rashes. Baby is not having any itching on the rash spot. But while touching I can feel the bumpy rash.I am attaching pictures of the rash, please help me with this query
