My 21 months baby Hard stool
My baby boy aged 21 months has not been pooped from two days. He is trying hard to push out, but not worked out. Kindly suggest an immediate suggestion to over come the this hard stool.

For immediate relief,use glycerin suppository to evacuate the stool which will be hard and therefore difficult to pass.
But this is NOT the treatment,which essentially entails a high fiber diet.
Give just 2 milk and 3-4 solid meals,include high fiber items daily.
