My 12 year old labrador blindness issue

Respected sir, I am a resident of Hoshiarpur city,Punjab. I have a 12 year old labrador. He gradually developed blindless over few years.We suspect its cataract because of cloudy white appearance in his eyes. Our city does not offer any treatment as much as we have searched. Can u please help us? We love him so much and want him to see again.He is super intelligent and is always trying his best to cope with daily curriculums. Inspite of his vision handicap,he has never given up hope..nor have we. Please please help us.We will be so grateful to you.He is our life. Thanking you. Waiting for ur reply.
