My 10month old is not clapping , waving

My 10 month old is not clapping, waving but I see babies younger than her doing all these. She started crawling at 9.5months. And she is babbling as well. Initially she babbled baba, papa, dada, mumma.. but recently since she started crawling she is just babbling only aada, aapa, appa, abba, aadiii, ba , pa but no mumma, baba. Am concerned if she is delayed in her milestones, and if there is any issue
