My 1 year son is having loose motions
My 1 year son is having loose motions. Stool is little watery and he is also having cold. This condition is from last 5 days.

Give him econorm 1 sachet with som milk two times aday fir 3 days . If he is dehydrating or increae in stools take him to a doc
