  4. MVP mild mr. While heart beating fast!

I have MVP with mild mr and doctor prescribed cipla la 20 mg for heart palpitations (irregular heartbeat) for 2 weeks and after today consultation doctor tell me that use cipla only your heart beating fast is it ok to stop cipla and eat only while heart beating fast

I would suggest to continue Ciplar 20 or Metoprolol 12.5mg twice a day if you are tolerating it. Do not take chances of irregular heart beat. Get Echo done once a year If LA size is more than you are prone to irregular heart rates so you will need those rate control medication regularly
