Mushrooms are packed with several nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants.So Frying, overcooking or Boiling & discarding the water can reduce the nutritional value.You can easily cook them by grilling or baking.

mashrooms is a form of fungus, so, mashroom, may have other impurities attached to it, so its advisable to boil them for few minutes in salt water and discard the water, it will retain its white color, and no nutritional loss.
