Muscular pain behind the ear.Painful to rotate the head from left to right.Previously the pain was located in the top left side of the head effecting little on the forehead.Now it has moved from upper head to lower side behind the ear.Taking pain killer relives the pain for some time but not that much effective

Your description of the pain sounds like spasm of the neck muscles if there's no associated swelling.
Most likely related to your posture of neck and job related. consult with your doctor to examine clinically.Anagesics , muscle relaxant and hot water fermentation may help.
