I feel muscular weakness in my legs while going to sleep and during wakeup. Also feel very fatigue while climbing stairs.
Doctor advised forVitamin B12 and found out to be 120 and cited reason for this weakness. Not sure if this is the exact cause.

yes as your doctor has advised correctly you should get your b12 levels corrected.also check your vitamin d3 levels as this mite also be the cause besides vitamin b12 deficiency.
