Muscular body pain

I went through MRI Scan and X-ray, and doctor decided that i am having muscular body pain, but i don't take any painkiller i am unable to walk, even sometimes taking breathe also cause pain, so could you please suggest me what i should do now.

Dear, If you are having muscular pain for that apply Hot pack Twice a day and consult a good physiotherapist nearby you so that they can diagnose your problem and give a proper treatment for your muscular pain
