I got my penis muscles teared (got little blood) while having intercourse. Can you please let me know why does it happen and what can be done in future to prevent this? What medication should I do to repair my penis muscles? TIA

It's not muscle, it is actually skin which get teared while having sex. You dont worry, just apply betadine and avoid stretching it( sex or mastrubation). It will be ok within a week.
