Muscles Tear
He is patient of ADPKD, Hypertension, Pnemoima, sugar, Left Hand Neuroprexiya. He found Covid postive on 11/5/21 and negative on 28/5/21.And heart working is 35 to 40 percentage. These are following observations of left head MRI OBSERVATIONS: • Focal high grade partial thickness tear of supraspinatus tendon is seen, near greater tuberosity with tear involving mainly the bursal surface. No retraction of torn fibers seen. Moderate acromioclavicular arthritis supraspinatus impingement. Mild to moderate atrophy of supraspinatus muscle is seen. Denervation edema seen in all the rotator cuff muscles. Mild subscapularis tendinosis seen. Now doctor saying it is muscles tear. What is difference between muscles tear and Neuroprexiya. Doctor suggested that it is Rotor Culf Tear and they do Arthroscopic Culf repair. Can it be repaired by physiotherapy?

Hi Rotator cuff tear is a muscle tear usually repaired by surgery to get good shoulder movement
Next Steps
Fitness for surgery is decided by Anesthetist Till then can start on physiotherapy If decent outcome is achieved with physiotherapy in a patient with less demands then can do away with surgery
