  3. Muscles pain. Reason for my severe pain!

Muscles pain
5yrs ago felldown into a concrete floor @3ft height ,left side of leg at buttock side is crushed ,but no pain had been noticed that time. Now I am suffering heavy pain on left leg muscles from top to bottom .No problem is diagnosed in MRI. Let me know what is the reason for my severe pain

Neuropathic pain could be cause of pain after a trauma when there is an injury to the nerves. Kindly consult a Neuro physician with all your reports.
